Sound HealthSOUND & SYNERGY™

Community drum circles coming back soon!

No previous musical experience or talent necessary.

Sound & Synergy is a musical experience like none other. Breaking the barriers of language, ethnicity, race, and gender, Sound & Synergy provides a safe and fun environment for creative expression... no musical talent or experience necessary! Making music in a group setting is powerful. Externally, we are influenced by the sounds of others, unified as a community through rhythm. Internally, we are able to release and let go of those emotions that are more difficult to express verbally. By nature, we are rhythmical beings... with heart beats, rhythm in language and sleep patterns, footsteps, and brain processes... In tribal communities ancient and today, all community members are music-makers. In American society, we go to concerts, politely sit down and listen, or perhaps we go dance at pop concerts. But the musicians are separate from the non-musicians. What happened to the communal music-making? WE'RE HERE TO BRING IT BACK! ...and it is exhilarating! Join us at our next event and express your own unbound sound!

TEAM BUILDING
Consider wellness through music-making for your next company retreat, workshop, or meeting! Research shows that drum circles and active music-making prevent burnout and enhance physical and emotional well-being.
Sound Healthtailors this vibrant experience according to your group whether the needs are leadership enhancement and development, increased communication, and/or stress-management skills! Music as metaphor is a state-of-the-art tool now being used in business to develop cohesiveness in the workplace. Drumming is a strong team building method, because the effect is immediate and is felt by everyone.

FAMILY AND COMMUNITY EVENTS
Holidays, birthdays, weddings, celebrations... Music-making brings family members together, forming a cohesive, unified group. Each personality plays his/her unique rhythms combining for one common purpose: to spontaneously create music. It's exciting for the musician and non-musician alike!
